The rugged Mechanics vise is constructed with a heavy-duty 30,000 pound casting, featuring Wilton's straight line pull design with an unbreakable spindle and nut. It also includes a totally enclosed spindle and nut to keep dirt and contaminants out. The 360-degree swivel base has double lockdowns, along with replaceable steel serrated jaw inserts and replaceable pipe jaws. The durable ductile iron swivel base rotates 360° and has double lockdowns for maximum stability, while the powder coat paint resists scratches and provides a tough, durable finish.

Additionally, the vise contains replaceable hardened steel top and pipe jaws, as well as a large anvil work surface. The heavy-duty 30,000 PSI gray cast iron build ensures rugged use and extended life, while the fully-enclosed spindle and nut further enhance the product's durability.
