Wilton Buttercup Icing Color

Our concentrated gel formula allows you to achieve the exact shade you desire without diluting your icing. Please note that large amounts of Red-Red, Christmas Red, and Black may affect the taste of the icing. For large areas of red on a cake, we recommend using No-Taste Red. When using Black, it is best to start with chocolate icing to limit the amount of color needed.
